The ensemble Kordépan is the result of the friendship and complicity among
four musicians brought together by their musical affinity. An original and rare
band, Kordépan explores a vast repertoire in which all styles can find a place
and where each instrument can, in turn, show it's expressive capabilities. This
plurality is accentuated by the fact that the ensemble represents no less than
four nationalities. The musicians of Kordépan have completed their musical
studies at the Geneva Conservatory in Switzerland where they have received
their virtuoso prize. They perform regularly, together or individually, during
festivals and during radio or television programs. They have recorded several
CD's either solo or accompanied by other musicians.
Besides, many composers have already written for them.
